What is your Returns Policy

If for any reason you have changed your mind and want to return your order, we will provide a full refund as long as items have no been worn and are in original packaging (including tags). You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We will cover the shipping costs for returning your item. Check out our Returns page for more information regarding our returns criteria. 

 

Is there a store for me to try things on?

Nope! KLOTH & CO is a completely online boutique (welcome to the future, right?!). However, feel free to reach out to our Fashion Success Team through our Contact Us page  or email us directly at shopklothco@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding our products (sizing, material, etc). 

 

What are your sizes like? 

We strive to make our garments run true to size. However, there can be occasions where a product is produced in a bigger or smaller fit, in which case we would state this in the product description section. Also, we appreciate customer feedback! If you find there is a style that didn’t run true to your size, we’d love to hear from you.
